Return and Refund Policy

At SlamFunk, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Customizable items (e.g., jerseys or snapbacks with your name and/or number) are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact Us:
    Email us at returns@slamfunk.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  • Return Approval:
    Once your request is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

  • Shipping the Item:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the returned item back.


3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For exchanges, email returns@slamfunk.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., customized jerseys).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@slamfunk.com.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Return Window: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
